<p>Finally we have <strong><a title="pink flag" href="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/products-page/archival-prints/pink-american-flag/" target="_self"><em>Pink!</em></a> </strong>What does this flag represent? You tell me and if I enjoy your answer<strong> I will give it to you for FREE<em> </em></strong>and you can <span style="color: #ff00ff;">Give it to your dog for Valentine&#8217;s Day!</span></p>

<p>Just click on the image to buy that particular one or you can also get them without the frame for <a title="political art prints" href="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/products-page/archival-prints" target="_self">only $11 here.</a> I do not have very many left and will not make anymore so get them while you can&#8230;</p>

<p>You are late for work - Hurry you must please your Boss! Your cubicle is waiting for you.</p>
<p>Political game designers <a href="http://www.molleindustria.org/" target="_blank">Molleindustria</a> have developed another interesting game, but this time the goal is to free your self from the monotony of everyday work.</p>
<p>Molleindustria is an italian team of artists, designers and programmers that aims at starting a serious discussion about social and political implications of video games. In the creator Paolo Pedercini&#8217;s own words, <a href="http://www.molleindustria.org/everydaythesamedream/everydaythesamedream.html" target="_blank">Every Day The Same Dream</a> is “a short existential game about alienation and refusal of labor.&#8221;</p>
<p>To complete the game you must change you current behavior and become numb to the harsh realities of corporate capitalism and then you will set yourself free.</p>
<p>The creative game was made in less than a week as an entry for the <a href="http://experimentalgameplay.com/" target="_blank">Experimental Gameplay Project</a>. You can <a href="http://www.molleindustria.org/everydaythesamedream/everydaythesamedream.html" target="_blank">play it online</a>, or download it for either <a href="http://www.molleindustria.org/everydaythesamedream/everydaythesamedream_mac.zip">Mac</a> or <a href="http://www.molleindustria.org/everydaythesamedream/everydaythesamedream.zip">PC</a>.</p>
<p>Yes you can beat this game! Free yourself - it is not too late&#8230;</p>

<p>My <em><strong>Workers Rights</strong></em> poster has been published in a book, <em>Art for Obama: Designing Manifest Hope and the Campaign for Change.</em> O.K so I have only two complaints. They used a photograph of my poster and not the high resolution file that I sent them and so the image quality is not good. The other issue is, well if you read the title of the book then you know where I&#8217;m coming from&#8230;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/art-for-obama-book.jpg" rel="lightbox[2023]"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2027" style="margin-right: 15px; margin-top: 10px;" title="art-for-obama-book" src="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/art-for-obama-book-243x300.jpg" alt="art-for-obama-book" width="219" height="270" /></a></p>
<p>My poster is in the video at about 1:27 and that makes me happy. Proceeds from the book go to <a title="americans for the arts non profit" href="http://www.artsusa.org" target="_blank">Americans for the Arts, </a> the nation&#8217;s leading nonprofit organization for advancing the arts in America.</p>
<p>You can <a title="art for obama book" href="http://www.amazon.com/Art-Obama-Designing-Manifest-Campaign/dp/0810984989">get the Designing Manifest Hope book here at Amazon!</a></p>
<p>There are many great artists in the book and I am honored to be included among them.</p>

Sam Jones was a lawyer, a drunkard and finally a preeminent evagalist. Legend has it that Riverboat captain, <a class="new" title="Thomas Green Ryman (page does not exist)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Thomas_Green_Ryman&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">Thomas Green Ryman</a> and friends attended a sermon by Sam Jones with the intention of driving him out of town, but upon hearing Sam&#8217;s sermon, Ryman decided to build a tabernacle for Sam to hold revival meetings. This place in <a title="Nashville, Tennessee" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nashville,_Tennessee">Nashville, Tennessee</a> was later named the <a title="Ryman Auditorium" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryman_Auditorium">Ryman Auditorium</a>. <a href="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/samuel-porter-jones-church.jpg" rel="lightbox[1953]"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1960" style="margin-left: 15px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 15px;" title="samuel-porter-jones-church" src="http://www.popsiclesandgrenades.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/samuel-porter-jones-church-300x173.jpg" alt="samuel-porter-jones-church" width="300" height="173" /></a></p>

<p>A couple of weeks ago we shot at a church in Cartersville, Georgia that was built in the mid 1800&#8217;s. The photo is in the back of the church by a very old graveyard. Last week I built a replica of an 1850&#8217;s style blackboard that turned out well and is in the background of the bottom photograph with Sam Jones as a boy at school. (The boy is actually Jeff&#8217;s son, Gideon Wilson)</p>
<p>A random quote from Sam P. Jones:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;The tune of America is pitched to the dollar.&#8221;</em></p>
