My Posters Sold Out – Let’s Cut a Rug!
July 7, 2009 by Jorge Arrieta
My posters for the Jamboree sold out this weekend! As I mentioned in a previous post, some of the money goes back to the Jamboree and $250 will go to Smile Train for surgery needed to give a child a new smile and a new life. Thanks to everyone who purchased one – every time you look at your art there will be a child smiling back at you!
I also want to thank Mary Anne and Jack Barton for organizing and promoting the posters and for making our stay great. I truly recommend the Smithville Jamboree to anyone interested in going to a wonderful small town, meeting the nicest people in the United States and having a good time.
You do not have to take my word for it, just check out the video of my daughter cutting a rug! Goodbye Phillip Glass and hello Flatt and Scruggs!
